For over 30 years, Sunlight has been dedicated to the manufacturing and technological research of corrugated pipe production equipment. Since 2012, the company has expanded into the field of high-end five-axis machining centers, focusing on independent R&D and precision manufacturing.

Focused on manufacture and technic research of plastic corrugated pipe equipment for over 30 years, Dalian Sunlight has accumulated extensive practical experience in technology of double wall belling, corrugated pipe perforating, mould block cooling, corrugator random belling, double cutter control,shuttle drive, large-diameter corrugated pipe manufacture,HDPP single wall pipe manufacture, extra small size elastic corrugated pipe manufacture and corrugator horizontal design.
The high speed corrugated pipe production line series is faster at producing speed with lower power consuming compare with traditional production line. With the function of remote control, auto cutting, auto weighing, overweight alarm etc. The parallel twin-screw extruder, adopt one-step method (granule and powder) directly produce polyolefin double wall corrugated pipe, which greatly reduce the producing cost and increase the pipe quality. Currently, we have made a breakthrough of manufacturing technology of plastic corrugated pipe with larger diameter and higher strength, will be launched continuously.
Since 2012, the company has also focused on high-end five-axis machining center development and manufacturing.
