Features

• Extruder Screw and Barrel: Specially treated to enhance wear resistance.
• Corrugator: Adopts a shuttle structure with a rectangular movement trajectory, ensuring stable operation. It requires fewer mould block pairs, making mould block replacement and adjustment simple and convenient. The extended forming section improves moulding quality. The sliding parts of the worktable are made entirely of wear-resistant high-strength alloy steel, strengthened with an ion nitriding process to extend service life.
• Online UPS Power Supply: Ensures that in case of sudden power failure or other faults, the worktable automatically retracts, separating the mould block from the cooling mandrel.
• Mould blocks: Utilize water cooling for fast cooling and excellent performance. All mould blocks are machined with high precision using imported CNC centers, ensuring high quality.
• Extrusion Die Head: Designed with twin-spiral co-extrusion feeding and patented double-wall in-line belling moulds. The double-wall belling design simplifies operation, enhances adhesion, and ensures efficient, high-quality pipe production. The die head is heated both internally and externally, reducing heating time. Each specification has an independent die head set, minimizing mould change time.
