Southeast Asia | September 2024 | Dalian Sunlight completed the installation, commissioning, and trial production of the new SBZ1500 production line at the customer's factory. Dalian Sunlight's commissioning engineers provided professional guidance and training to new operators, addressed daily equipment operation issues, improved the new equipment design and functions, provided suggestions on spare parts and wear components, and how to maximize the equipment's performance. The Southeast Asian customer's production department highly praised the project's acceptance standards and its ability to meet production specifications.

Initially, we used Dalian Sunlight 's SBZ1000 double-wall corrugated pipe production line. In the past few years, this production line has not only met the production needs of regular orders, but also brought us output efficiency, ensured product quality stability and the long-term performance and stability of the equipment. Moreover, it has helped us reduce costs for new product specifications within the equipment range and won long-term orders from new customers."

Currently, the commissioning engineers from Dalian Sunlight have returned to the Dalian Sunlight factory. After reporting on the relevant work, they will embark on the next overseas installation project for the double-wall corrugated pipe production line.
